Joel Crosby (vitalitymethod.com) is a mentor to the Align teaching team who keeps us in shape, on our toes, and in touch with the Classical work. He will visit the studio regularly throughout 2018 for privates, duets, and workshops. Contact the studio for details.
Meagan Koehler (riseauthenticpilates.com) is currently studying the advanced work under the mentorship of Kathi Ross Nash. Like Joel, she also keeps the Align teaching team on their toes and in touch with the Classical work. Look for Meagan to visit the studio in Spring 2018. She will be available for Mat classes, private and duet sessions, as well as workshops.
